Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Method.
Delivery of our prints is by Fastway Courier or standard An Post mail, depending on the physical size of the item. We cannot liaise on your behalf with the courier company and can only deliver to the address you provide with your order. A tracking number will be provided along with contact details for the courier should you need to make alternative arrangements. We regret that we cannot specify a time of the day for your delivery as this is entirely down to the discretion of the courier company and will vary depending on their run on any give day.
Turn Around Times
Generally you should allow approximately 3 to 5 days for turnaround although this can vary depending on the time of the year and volume orders. Where you have a specific deadline, please let us know and we will do our very best to prioritise your print and ensure delivery in time.

Returns
Our cancellations and returns policy conforms to European laws governing distance selling. Please see our Terms & Conditions for the full details of our policies.
Faulty Goods
If for any reason you believe your goods are faulty, you must notify us immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for the faulty goods to be returned to us (or re-imburse you for the expense of returning them to us provided the fault is accepted) and will replace the goods and return them to you.
Non-Faulty Goods
In the case of Limited Edition prints and any non-personalised art, you may return these to us within 7 days of receipt of the goods and a full refund will be provided. However, you must pay the cost of returning the goods safely to us.
Non-Faulty Personalised Art
Due to the personalised nature of these prints, returns, exchanges, cancellations or refunds is not possible. Orders for personalised art may not be cancelled once made and all cancelations will be subject to a 50% charge where the item has not been printed and a 100% charge where the item has been printed.
